Paddle Pop Gaming League City Finals

The city finals of the Paddle Pop Gaming League are being held across 6 Indian cities where 100 top scoring players from each city meet at a venue and battle it out on 'EA Cricket 07', a simulated version of India’s most popular field game.

Besides the 100 players in the age group of 7 to 12 years, there were several other school kids trying their hand at the gaming consoles installed at the venue and clearly displaying an all-permeating passion for online gaming.

Many of the participants had honed their gaming skills at
Reliance World—one of the event’s Gaming Partner—during the month long qualifying rounds of the contest.
Reliance World offers
more than 30 adrenalin-pumping single and multiplayer games at its outlets across India and organises the GameBox National Championship (GNC)—India’s biggest online gaming championship—every year.

There was no information on the website about where and when the finals are going to be held. I was waiting eagerly for the finals as I had qualified, but in the end it came to nothing.
